Not only are these vegan and paleo approved but they will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. There quick and easy to make and no baking Here's the recipe:
- 1 cup dates + 1/2 tbsp coconut oil + pinch sea salt
- 2/3 cup walnuts
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp flaked coconut
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs (let me warn you, although this is a great superfood filled with benefits, they have a sharp taste so if you're not a fan you can put 1 tbsp instead or just put 2 more tbsp of chocolate chips)
- 2 tbsp raisins
All the ingredients will go in a food processor. Start with the walnuts until they are finely chopped then adding the rolled oats and chocolate chips. Set them aside in a bowl and in the processor put in the dates, coconut oil, and sea salt. The dates will roll up into a ball but DON'T try to spread it out. It will cause your food processor to be stuck (learn from my mistake). Just keep processing until it loosens up and add in the rest of the ingredients. After, mix all together and form them into balls. Put them into the fridge and enjoy!
